Story: My name is Christiano Ferraro and I founded this consultancy in Dallas, Texas on May of 2015. I was fortunate to have a sales career that provided a wide array of experience including areas of automation, email marketing, manufacturing, and SaaS (software-as-a-service). Aside from the technology that typically supports such entities, I had the privilege to both manage and create international channel distribution relationships as well. From all this experience, I watched, I learned and I absorbed what worked and what didn't from sales, marketing and operations perspectives across them all.
Journey: Following my last employment opportunity, I realized I would never be satisfied with the status quo. Having started a previous business in between employment opportunities, I knew how to execute this time around and began this consultancy firm. My goal, to leverage my amalgamated experience in support of start-ups and small businesses who did not have the experience to understand the impact of tomorrow from decisions made today.
Assessment: The positive change I have witnessed as a direct result of my efforts has been profound. I greatly appreciate how rewarding this work has been with my clients as I continue to grow my expertise. Each day I learn a little bit more, expand a little bit more, and I realize after adding up each inch of learning the yards of wisdom determination makes.
Results: What we have seen includes both qualitative and quantitative progress including: properly vetted sales resources, scalable awareness growth, sustainable business with minimum viable infrastructure, and consistent positive cash flow with resource optimization. The sky's the limit and that's exactly where we and the clients that we work with are headed.

Conceptualize, implement and realize your vision.
It all starts with an idea - an epiphany that sparks into motion. The distinction of your starting point sets you apart; different starting point, different action plan:
- You have an idea on what a solution looks like. How do you manifest it?
- You have multiple ways to bring your idea into fruition. Which one do you choose?
- You have decided on how to make your idea tangible. What is involved in implementation?
- You understand how to implement your idea. How do you sell it?
- You can sell your idea. How do you build a sustainable business around it?
- You have built a sustainable business around your idea. How do you optimize it?
With many choices at each step and without adequate resources and time to pursue each one, you are forced to choose. This choice presents a challenge: how do you make an informed decision when travelling down a path for the first time?

Enable your "why" by focusing on "how".
Whether identifying a problem or envisioning a path beyond current capability, the "why" originates around the solution. However, the adoption of the solution determines success. Hence the focus on "how":
- How to grow your company on limited resources
- How to support your infrastructure that ensures sustainability of your company
- How to cater the solution's experience to your customer
- How to optimize your external communication to stimulate adoption
- How to target your communication to raise awareness effectively
- Et al.
All of these factors revolve around objective execution driven by the values of vision. Passion creates vision. The challenge is, passion is anything but objective, and herein lies the conflict that your company may face today.

Become sustainable and scalable.
At all stages, your company will need to solve various problems, challenges, obstacles. How you solve the problem can have a dramatic effect in your company's future. Thus "solving a problem" might not be sufficient. Key considerations for implementation of a solution revolve around:
- Growth: As your company grows, (revenue, personnel, assets, etc) is the solution scalable?
- Maintenance: After implementation, what is required to maintain the solution?
- Contingency: When adjustments are required, does your current staff possess the understanding / skill-set to implement the changes?
Asking these questions allows your company to optimize decisions that prepare it for scalable success on a sustainable path while minimizing risk. We have found decision makers are directly impacted by either the immediate OR the fallout of the decision - not both. The challenge your company can face is decision makers often execute with a bias towards self-impact when sustainability requires the scope of both immediate and long-term.
